Shipping policy

  • Delivery Options

    • In-Home Delivery: Includes unpacking and full assembly of merchandise.

    • Contactless Delivery: Merchandise will be delivered to the front door. No unpacking or assembly is included.

    • Pickup from Store/Warehouse: Customer is responsible for transporting and assembling merchandise.

  • Delivery Scheduling

    • If delivery is provided by our truck, customers will receive a phone call to schedule the delivery date and time.

    • If merchandise is shipped through a U.S. carrier, a tracking number will be provided to the customer once the order has been shipped.

  • Delivery Requirements

    • An adult (18 years or older) must be present at the time of delivery to receive the merchandise.

    • Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery area is accessible and safe for delivery.

  • Pickup Policy

    • Customers will receive an email notification once their order is ready for pickup.

    • Orders must be picked up within 5 days of the notification.

    • A valid photo ID matching the order name must be presented at pickup.

    • All merchandise will be inspected for damages at the time of pickup.

  • Customer Responsibility

    • Customers must ensure that the merchandise will fit through doorways, hallways, staircases, and elevators prior to delivery.

    • Our delivery team cannot alter door frames, remove doors, move existing furniture, or make modifications to complete a delivery.

    • If merchandise cannot be delivered due to access limitations, it will be treated as a return subject to our return policy and restocking fees.
